Great show at The American Legion

This Saturday the 19th several musical bands converged on The Bell Gardens American Legions to put on a Spectacular Rock Show.  DSC_3022The bands genre was diversified from punk to elements of Rock a Billy and new wave.  In true punk rock  form mirroring on glam rock , the bands were dress as a group of Mormons with helmets and another band as Japanese Ninjas.  A truly outrages performance!  The Show was Sponsored by RockStar Music Entertainment(www.rockstarme.com).  They are an entertainment company that is promoting musical events in Bell Gardens and the local cities.   Notably the American Legion has been available to several organization and Rock performances of the past,  who have performed their events here throughout the years  One notable performer who is Bell Gardens unknown Rock heroe Eddie Cochran, ,  performed among his first performances at the American Legion of Bell Gardens here on 7550 Eastern Avenue

Bell Gardens Nostalgia

Some very short Bell Gardens Nostalgia.

Not so long ago  in September 9, 2006 Village Square was inaugurated with a full city ceremony.  In attendance were the then present city council and Mayor.   But to quote “A picture is worth a Thousand words” which is sometimes attributed to emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, who said "Un bon croquis vaut mieux qu'un long discours," or "A good sketch is better than a long speech"
